Instead of my usual burger or egg-based breakfast sandwich, I stopped by the grocery store on the way into work today and bought a couple fruit bowls. I've also stopped buying a 64 oz soda, and started drinking unsweetened tea.
My colon is going to think it's being mugged. ;)
Problem is, it's only 10 am, and I'm starting to get hungry already. When I eat junk food in the morning, I don't get hungry again until the evening.
