Beef Stroganoff

1 lb hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cube butter
2 tbs flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 10-3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream

Brown hamburger and onion in a skillet. Drain fat and add butter. Stir and add flour, salt, pepper and garlic. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken soup, and cook for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream and heat until warm.

Serve over rice, noodles, or toast.
