I went on a bit of a shopping spree today. Between taxes, and worrying about saving up to buy a house, I've not really done any shopping quite a while. Now that I have at least a year before I have to worry about getting a loan, I decided to buy some of the stuff I've been wanting for a while.

Stuff I bought today:

A Logitech MX-1000 laser mouse
Buck Rogers in the 25th Century DVD
The Greatest American Hero Season 1 & 2 DVDs
Windows XP In A Nutshell, 2nd Edition
Windows 2003 In A Nutshell
Linux In A Nutshell, 4th Edition
Greenmantle by Charles de Lint
The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse by Robert Rankin
I'm Just Here For The Food by Alton Brown
I'm Just Here For More Food by Alton Brown

Books About Food, eh? I recommend "The Man Who Ate Everything" by Jeffrey Steingarten (I think that was the name), which rambles in all directions very entertainingly, with recipes, and "Cornucopia" by whatshisface, about the decline, fall, and resurgence of British cuisine. (It used to be considered the world's finest a few centuries ago, surprisingly enough.)
